The design and build are free. Running the site costs from $68 a month with a 12 months minimum. No setup fee. The minimum total at $68 a month is $816.
What's the catch?+

Who owns the website?+
Your content is yours from day one. The design and code are yours after 24 months months.
What happens if I cancel?+
After month 12 months: email us, and we hand over your content within 5 business days. Before month 12 months: you pay the remaining months of the minimum.
When does billing start?+
The day your site goes live. If you don't like the design before launch, you owe nothing.
I already have a website.+
We rebuild the site and move it over; your web address doesn't change.
Do I have to write anything?+
No. We interview you and write it. You approve it.
Can I make changes later?+
Yes. Each plan includes a set amount of edits; email us and most are done in 2 business days.
How long does it take?+
7 days from our first call for most sites. The usual delay is waiting for photos.
Do you use AI?+
Yes — AI-assisted tools speed up the build, which is why the build can be free. A designer directs and checks every site.
